If an avocado is a fruit, does that make guacamole a smoothie? Never mind! I don’t know what is more exciting about football starting back up, the sport itself or all the delicious treats that come along with watching it. Check out this simple creation perfect for your next game day or any day for the matter!

Prep Time: 10 minutes          Yield: Serves 2-4

Ingredients

3 Ripe Avocados, Mashed

2/3 Cup Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained

2/3 Cup Fresh Corn, Rinsed and Drained

3 Roma Tomatoes, Finely Diced

1 Small Red Onion, Finely Diced

¼ Cup Cilantro, Minced

Juice of One Lime

Black Pepper

Salt

For Serving

Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into bowl and mix.
  2. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
